Letting go of all and any control of food. Eat when you like from what we have, the way you like. Don’t eat. Do eat. Served how you want it. When you want it.
Letting go of hair washing. Your hair the way you like it. Wear it how you will. Wash it when you want. Or not. Your hair.
Letting go of judgement. Play what you want, how you want without our interjections or interpretations. Your screens. Your patch of dirt. You decide.
Letting go of social expectations. Wear what you like, when you like, how you like. Take your bath in your clothes. Sleep without them. Your body, not ours.
Letting go of rules. Stand confidently on the table. Draw on the walls. Don’t say please or thank you if you don’t feel it. Cover the floor in your toys for days if you need your treasures around you.
Letting go of milestones. Learn to write if and when it interests you. Pick up a book or leave them forever.
Letting go of teeth brushing. Here is your toothbrush, they are your teeth.
Letting go of comparison. Each in their own way, in their own time, or never.
